About this role

Job description

The Ghana TVET Service is pleased to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced Ghanaians for recruitment into the Service as Security Guard under the Security Unit.

This position comprises multiple grade levels. Successful candidates will be placed on the appropriate grade based on their qualifications and relevant years of experience at the time of appointment.

Grade Breakdown:

• Grade I: SSSCE/WASSCE; physically strong and fit; minimum 6 years relevant experience.

• Grade II: SSSCE/WASSCE; physically fit; minimum 3 years relevant experience.

• Grade III: SSSCE/WASSCE; physically fit.

• Grade IV: BECE; physically fit.

All successful candidates must possess a valid Ghana Card, National Service certificate (where applicable), and must be medically fit for appointment.

  • Valid Ghana Card (mandatory)
  • National Service Certificate (where applicable)
  • Professional qualification in Education (for teaching positions)
  • Medical fitness certificate from a Government Medical Officer
  • At least two (2) verifiable references
